Our store carries a selection of carefully sourced vintage and secondhand items. If you are considering purchasing these items, please review the following information beforehand:
◆ Condition
Please note that as these are used items, they may show signs of previous wear. We strive to photograph and describe the most noticeable flaws; however, there may be minor stains, damage, or signs of wear that are not explicitly mentioned.
◆ Individual Perception
The condition and appeal of vintage items can be perceived differently by each customer. What we consider minor wear may be noticeable to others. If you have any concerns about the condition of an item, we strongly recommend visiting our store in person or refraining from purchasing.
◆ Care Instructions
Some vintage items may not include care labels. Please be aware that washing may result in fading or color bleeding. We recommend testing for colorfastness in advance and washing items separately. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by washing.
◆ Age and Odor
Some items in our collection are over 100 years old. These may have visible signs of age, such as damage, scratches, odor, or previous repairs. Odors, in particular, are difficult to convey online. Items with strong scents are only sold in-store. As scent perception varies by individual, we do not accept returns based on odor.
Please also note that vintage items often require ongoing care and delicate handling. They differ significantly from modern apparel, and we ask for your understanding of these characteristics when making a purchase.
◆ Color Accuracy
Due to variations in monitor settings, colors may appear differently in person. Muted tones such as beige, blue, green, and yellow are particularly difficult to reproduce accurately. As we do not accept returns based on color discrepancies, please proceed with caution if color precision is a priority for you.
◆ Inventory and Availability
All products are available in both our online and physical stores. While we do our best to update availability promptly, an item may sell in-store before your online order is processed. In such cases, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified accordingly.
[About Refunds and Returns]

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, if there is a significant defect clearly attributable to our inspection error—such as undisclosed major damage, missing parts, or receiving the wrong item—we will accept a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item and include clear photographic evidence of the issue.

All product measurements listed on our website are taken manually and may vary slightly within a reasonable margin of error.
In addition, our original sweatshirts and knitwear are produced using a tumbler washing process to account for shrinkage, so there may be individual variations in finished sizing.
◆ Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons, including for new items:

◆ Refusal to Receive / Long-Term Absence
After your order has been shipped, the delivery company will hold the package for a limited time. If you receive a missed delivery notice, please contact the delivery company or the local branch listed on the notice as soon as possible to arrange redelivery.
Please note the following:

If the package is not collected within the designated holding period, it will be automatically returned to us.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee (cash on delivery) and any re-shipping fee, should you wish to have the item sent again.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for items that are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or failure to arrange redelivery.
If you wish to have the item shipped again, we will provide details regarding the necessary payment for return and re-shipping costs.
We will not re-ship the item until payment for all associated fees is confirmed.
