SHIPPING & RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF JAPAN)


All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country. We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Please note:

  • If customs duties are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, the original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • In some cases, a refund may not be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any customs-related issues or delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – TERMS AND GUIDELINES

All international returns must be pre-approved by FRONT 11201.

Before returning any item, please email us at info@front11201.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns shipped to Front General Store NY will be strictly rejected and will not be processed under any circumstances. All returns must be shipped to the FRONT 11201 Flagship Store in Tokyo.

 

Return Conditions

  1. Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date, as indicated by the official tracking information provided by the carrier.

  2. Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The determination of the item's condition shall be at the sole discretion of FRONT 11201.

  3. All return shipments must be dispatched within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original delivery date.

  4. Shipping costs, including the original delivery fees, are non-refundable. Return shipping fees and any applicable customs or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  5. All return shipments must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping service. FRONT 11201 assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or delays incurred during return transit. Return shipments without tracking or insurance may not be eligible for acceptance or processing.

  6. Returns sent to the incorrect address, including but not limited to our New York location (Front General Store NY), will not be accepted under any circumstances. All returns must be sent to the address specified by FRONT 11201 in the return authorization process.

Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Items” on the outside and check the “Return Goods” option on the customs declaration form to avoid import duties or taxes.
Include the completed return form inside the package.
