Recycled from collected secondhand garments into reclaimed fiber (Hanmou), we spun custom yarns matching the exact count used in BIG MAC’s iconic 1950s–1960s printed flannels. Working alongside BIG MAC’s original production partners, we wove these yarns into our exclusive recycled flannel fabric.
Featuring the characteristic soft touch and ideal weight of traditional cotton flannel, this fabric offers exceptional comfort and a rich texture. Designed with a versatile unisex fit.
The shirt collection includes three variations: a classic ombre check rendered in printed flannel, a crisp black print, and a brushed grey finish. The pants are available in black print and brushed grey, allowing for effortless matching setup styling.
